Coming Soon - Parking Fine Payment On-line
Richmond Hill will soon join only a handful of other Ontario municipalities allowing for on-line payment of parking infraction fines. The new on-line (Web) service, which will be available through a link on the Town's Website, will provide an easy and convenient payment option to residents. In providing this service, the Town will be contracting the services of RBC Royal Bank and Teranet Enterprises Inc. through paytickets.ca. This service will provide secure on-line payment options, where a resident can use his/her VISA or MasterCard at any time, day or night, to pay the assigned fee. Based on the success of similar programs in other municipalities, such as Oakville, the use of this type of technology and service will improve customer service and will create efficiencies, reducing the amount of time needed by Town staff to process related payments. The service is expected to be available through the Town's Website early June.
