Illegal Signage Removal
Richmond Hill staff removed illegal signage in the southern end of Town on July 24 and 25. Offenders will be prosecuted when possible. A sign-removal blitz will be scheduled in the north end of Richmond Hill in August.
Hundreds of signs were removed from boulevards, light posts, etc. at the beginning of May.
Residents may remove illegal signage from their property. To report illegal signage on public property, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 905-771-0198.
Note: Richmond Hill does not remove signs from Regional Roads but we will report problem areas to the Region of York.
