More than 600 Richmond Hill residents and business owners joined Mayor Dave Barrow and Members of Council on March 20, for the second annual Mayor's Norooz Celebration, the traditional Iranian New Year holiday. Guests enjoyed dinner while being entertained by traditional music and dance performances. Proceeds from ticket sales raised much-needed funds for the arts through the Mayor’s Endowment Fund for the Arts.
