| New Process for Pool Permits
Effective Monday, September 15, 2008 permits for inground and above ground pools and hot tubs will be issued by staff in the Engineering and Public Works Department, rather than the Building Services Division. Engineering and Public Works is located on the 5th floor of the Municipal Offices at 225 East Beaver Creek Road.
Applications for pools will be done in conjunction with the site alteration permit, which is currently a prerequisite for applying for a pool permit.
There is no change in fees or securities associated with this change.
