New Accessibility Standards The Ontario Government is developing new accessibility standards in the areas of customer service, transportation, information and communications, employment and the built environment. The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, or the Customer Service Standard, is now law along with the new Integrated Accessibility Standards. The Integrated Accessibility Standards include aspects of the Information and Communications, Employment, and Transportation standards.
