Fitness Studios

The Town’s four Fitness Studios offer a wide variety of cardio and weight training equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals, including treadmills, steppers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, strength training machines, a variety of free weights, bars and bands, stretching areas and core strengthening equipment.
