The Design, Construction & Water Resources Services Division is responsible for Municipal Infrastructure Capital Program planning, budgeting and implementation. This Division is comprised of three Sections:

Parks - New and Existing
Capital road, water, wastewater and parkland design and construction is the responsibility of the Design & Construction Division. Public Information Centres are hosted to both inform and receive input from affected residents with respect to the proposed works in advance of construction. Representatives of the Town are present on-site throughout the construction period to coordinate and oversee the work.
