Public Property Tree Reporting Form

The Town of Richmond Hill's Urban Forestry Section within the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department is responsible for the care of trees located on Town lands, streets, open spaces and parks. If you notice a Town-owned tree that needs attention, please complete the form below.

Inspection follow-up usually takes place in about 5 to 10 days (please note this varies during peak call periods), after which a copy of an Inspection Report is then left at the address of the identified tree. Activities related to the tree are based on urgency and may be dealt with at time of inspection or shortly thereafter. Otherwise the work would be scheduled along with other activities in the area at a later time.
