Streetlight Maintenance

The Town of Richmond Hill owns and maintains all streetlights in Town. If you notice a malfunctioning streetlight, either complete this form below, e-mail us at epw@richmondhill.ca or give us a call at (905) 884-8013, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Streetlights are generally repaired within 10 business days by the Town's maintenance contractor.

Streetlights on unassumed streets, generally in areas still under construction, are maintained by the developer. Contact your builder or developer if you have a concern with a light on an unassumed street.
