Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 118-23 on October 25, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 23, 2023
