A request has been received from Richmond Hill Ecumenical Homes Corporation for a Zoning By-law Amendment for lands described as Part of Lot 46, Concession 1, E.Y.S., and municipally known as 286 Major Mackenzie Drive East. The application seeks to amend the existing zoning to facilitate the development of an eight storey apartment building consisting of 90 residential units, with site specific development and parking standards, and an FSI of 1.17 on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development application have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
