Richmond Hill's Office of the Clerk provides Commissioner of Oath services. This service is available during regular business hours and no appointment is necessary. The fee for this service is $26.00 for the first document and $6.20 for each additional document, plus HST.
Services to certify a True Copy of a Canadian document or Canadian Passport are offered by appointment only. We are unable to certify a True Copy or Passport that is not Canadian. Please call 905-747-6406 to arrange an appointment. The fee to certify a True Copy is $26.00, plus HST. The fee for a certified true copy of a Passport is $39.50, plus HST.
