Fee Assistance

We recognize the value of participating in recreation and culture activities and believes all residents, regardless of financial circumstances, should be able to enjoy the programs and services offered through the Community Services Department.

The Fee Assistance Program supports Richmond Hill residents in participating in recreation and culture activities.  Each year eligible families can be approved to receive a subsidy of up to $100, twice a year, for each family member to put towards various programs and services offered by the Recreation and Culture Division. Those approved will receive a coupon code so that the funds can be applied to their program registration or membership.

The coupon code must be used within the approved year. If the funds are not used before November 30, the coupon will no longer be available.

To apply for the Fee Assistance Program complete the application form.
