The Fee Assistance Program supports Richmond Hill residents in participating in recreation and culture activities. Each year eligible families can be approved to receive a subsidy of up to $100, twice a year, for each family member to put towards various programs and services offered by the Recreation and Culture Division. Those approved will receive a coupon code so that the funds can be applied to their program registration or membership.
The coupon code must be used within the approved year. If the funds are not used during that calendar year, the coupon will no longer be available.
