Richmond Hill's 2009 Strategic Plan: A Plan for People, A Plan for Change focuses on the goals and plans needed to reach our community's vision for the future - "Richmond Hill, where people come together to build our community."
The Strategic Plan's four goals are Stronger Connections, Better Choice, A More Vibrant Richmond Hill and Wise Management of Resources.
Richmond Hill's Implementation Plan outlines what needs to be done to realize the Strategic Plan's overall vision. The third phase of this plan identifies Richmond Hill priorities for 2016 to 2019.
Our Implementation Plans focus on how we will act to provide leadership, engagement and communication. The Plan also explains what we will to align Richmond Hill's plans, undertake new initiatives and create new investment too. Performance indicators help us keep track of our progress.
