The Richmond Hill Small Business Enterprise Centre (RH-SBEC) is an innovative partnership between the Province of Ontario and the City of Richmond Hill, belonging to a network of 48 Small Business Enterprise Centres across Ontario that offers entrepreneurs various tools to start and grow their businesses.
We are a one-stop source of resources that provides information, education, and access to services and programs that enable Richmond Hill's entrepreneurs and small businesses to grow and thrive.
