Major Office Space Inventory

The Major Office Space Inventory is a listing of major office buildings in Richmond Hill. The inventory includes multi-tenant office buildings, the majority of which are located in the City's employment lands. To be considered as a major office, the building must fit the following criteria:

  • 20,000 sq ft or more in size (this follows York Region's definition of major offices and is also used by the commercial real estate sector when defining office buildings)
  • Consist of mostly office space (some may include a minor amount of retail space known as ancillary retail which is supplementary or of secondary importance to the primary office function of the building)
  • Include office space for lease (our inventory does not include privately owned buildings)
