What happens if I don't pay my bill?
If you don't pay your water bill by the due date, your account balance owing becomes due immediately. A final notice will be issued and if payment is still not received within 20 calendar days from the issuance of the final notice, the water arrears will be transferred to the property tax account for non-payment. Additionally an administration charge of $44.50 will be added to the water account. Please note, if your payment is received after the water arrears have been transferred to your property tax account, the credit will remain on the water account and the amount on the property tax account will remain outstanding.
