Report a problem with a service, e.g. missed garbage collection, overnight parking, potholes, street lights, etc.
COVID-19 Update: All community centres, facilities and pools are closed to the public. Splash pads are open which may provide relief from heat. It is important to plan for alternative ways to stay cool and check in on family, friends or neighbours. Consider calling or video-conferencing to check on those most at risk and be sure to practice physical distancing if you need to leave your home.
It is important to keep in mind that extreme heat and humidity can cause serious health problems. Be sure to keep the following tips in mind in case of a heat event.
