Broken or damaged Richmond Hill labelled blue boxes (22 gallon or smaller) and green bins can be exchanged for free at the Operations Centre, 1200 Elgin Mills Road East.

We accept payments using cash, Interac, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and cheques made out to Richmond Hill. Credit cards can't be used for tax or water bill payments.
