Adults 55+ Events and Activities
Memberships are required for all Adult 55+ programs including, drop-in programs, registered programs, events, and workshops. The cost for our Adults 55+ Membership is $35 for Richmond Hill residents, and $63 for non-residents. You can attend drop-in classes for $1.30 (Pickleball $3.10) with a general membership. Richmond Hill Mentoring Plus Initiative - Tuesday, September 16 |
Date: Tuesday, September 16 (Registration opens August 19) This program leverages the invaluable career experience of the 55+ community (the mentors), who will work with Richmond Hill High School students in grades 10-12 (the mentees) as they consider their future. Adults 55+ that are retired or near-retired are encouraged to register for the Mentoring Volunteer Session to learn more about this new, exciting initiative. Make a difference by sharing your experience with youth in our community. |

All aboard! Travel back in time for an authentic heritage train ride through the picturesque countryside of Woolwich Township on a historic rail line that has been in service since the 1880s. The two hour return journey is on the same tracks, from St. Jacobs to Elmira. In the morning enjoy shopping at
St. Jacobs Market with a large selection of fruit, vegetables, crafts and other fine items. Lunch is a four-course meal at Golf’s Steak House. Tickets available on a first-come, first-serve basis until Thursday, August 14.
