Exciting changes have come to David Hamilton Park and Ed Sackfield Arena!

Thank you for joining us to celebrate the completion of the new wing at the Ed Sackfield Arena and Fitness Centre and construction at David Hamilton Park!

Ed Sackfield Arena and Fitness Centre Expansion

We've expanded Ed Sackfield Arena. The new wing includes an NHL-sized ice pad, a new fitness studio and aerobics room, new change rooms and a 180m indoor track.

The new ice pad is now open to permit holders. The fitness centre and walking track remain closed until further notice due to COVID-19.

New program rooms in the original building are available for booking, but capacity will be limited due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions. You can submit permit requests online.

David Hamilton Park

We've redeveloped David Hamilton Park, which was originally built in 1987. The modernized park includes new play areas, a splash pad, a walking loop/lawn, multi-use courts, new walkways, seating, lighting and sports facility upgrades.
