Our Implementation Plan creates a framework for realizing the Strategic Plan vision. It establishes six key areas of focus: how we will act in providing leadership, engagement, and communication, and what we will do by aligning Town plans, undertaking new initiatives, and creating new investments. It also establishes performance indicators to monitor our progress towards our goals.
Our Annual Reports celebrate our achievements towards realizing the Strategic Plan vision. Each report provides an update on the community on actions that have been taken in the past year, and tracks our progress towards our Strategic Plan goals.
