Celebrate cultural diversity at the Tastes of the Hill Multicultural Festival! This event supports local charities and features live entertainment, an activity village for children and youth, and a variety of amazing exhibits, arts and crafts from local artisans and cultural groups. Be sure to savour the flavours of the festival, too, by purchasing food from a host of Richmond Hill eateries, including Chinese, Mexican and Middle Eastern cuisines, among many others!
The event is now outdoors and admission is free! Nominal fees will apply to vendors and activity stations. Event day parking is limited so arrive early.
PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays)
The purpose of PFLAG Canada -York Region is to support, educate, and provide resources to LGBTQ people, their parents, families and friends. PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of diversity.
