Yesterday, York Regional Police arrested and charged a former Richmond Hill employee with Fraud Over $5,000 and Breach of Trust By Public Official.
The police investigation was prompted by an internal review of ice rental utilization where a number of irregularities were found with ice rental transactions.

Lighting the Way to Savings
Council received a presentation from staff on a project that would see Richmond Hill convert its outdoor lighting network to more energy conscious, cost efficient and environmentally-friendly LED lighting.
