Letter of Greeting

The Mayor will provide a greeting letter for community events such as:

• Charity fundraising events
• Arts and cultural events
• Conferences
• Conventions
• Tradeshows
• Professional celebrations

Request a Letter of Greeting. Requests must be made at least four weeks before the event or printing deadline for an event program.

Letters will not be provided for the following:

• Events or organizations that have no relationship to Richmond Hill
• Anything that goes against Richmond Hill's policies or by-laws
• Matters of political issues or religious beliefs
• Individual conviction

Personal information

Any personal information provided in a request sent to the Mayor's Office will only be used for only be used for that request, per the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
