Main Municipal Offices

If you would like to pay a water or tax bill, payments can be placed in the drop-off box 24 hours a day, seven days a week, just inside the lobby doors at our Municipal Offices. Please do not place cash payments in the boxes and remember to include your payment stub along with your payment.

Alternatively, you can pay your bills through your bank's ATM or through your bank's online banking service. Parking tickets can be paid online through RichmondHill.ca/Parking.

Operations Centre

The Operations Centre (1200 Elgin Mills Road East) is CLOSED to the public on Monday, February 16 for Family Day.  

Community Centres

All Richmond Hill community centres, fitness studios, pools and arenas are CLOSED on Monday, February 16 for Family Day.

Richmond Hill Public Library Branches

All Richmond Hill Public Library branches are CLOSED on Monday, February 16 for Family Day.

Parking

Temporary permits for overnight parking can be purchased online.

Waste Collection

There are no changes to the waste collection schedule.
