Leadership Competencies
The purpose of Richmond Hill’s Leadership Competencies is to create a shared vision, and a strong identity and culture. It also supports Richmond Hill’s Human Resources’ processes and practices, such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and workforce planning.
