RICHMOND HILL – June is Seniors Month and the City of Richmond Hill is celebrating the many contributions seniors make to our community with a lineup of special events and activities.
Residents aged 55+ are invited to join us throughout the month to connect with friends, enjoy live entertainment and take part in a variety of fun events across the city.

Indoor Pickleball Courts are Open for the Season

Elvis Stojko and Elgin Barrow Arenas serve up the perfect places to rally
RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill pickleball fans can get back on the courts starting May 11 as the City launches its seasonal indoor pickleball project at Elvis Stojko and Elgin Barrow Arenas.
Indoor courts are available daily from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the following locations:
- Elgin Barrow Arena – 5 courts
- Elvis Stojko Arena* – 6 courts
* Note: Exclusion dates at Elvis Stojko Arena will be posted online.

RICHMOND HILL – The City of Richmond Hill is kicking off the 2026 Municipal Elections with nomination period opening on May 1, 2026. Eligible voters will elect a Mayor, Regional and Local Councillors, Ward Councillors and School Board Trustees.
