Noise Regulations for Construction Activity Back In Effect

RICHMOND HILL – The City has reinstated construction noise limits back to pre-pandemic levels. Effective immediately, construction noise in Richmond Hill is, once again, prohibited:
- Mondays to Saturdays from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- All day Sundays and on statutory holidays
