NOTICE OF THE ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 18.7 TO THE RICHMOND HILL OFFICIAL PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PLANNING ACT
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill adopted Amendment No. 18.7 to the Richmond Hill Official Plan on the 22nd day of November, 2023 through the enactment of By-law 107-23 and in accordance with Sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act, as amended.
Council in making its decision on these matters took into consideration all written and oral comments...

Notice of Passing of Zoning By-Law by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 117-23 on November 8, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 4, 2023.
