Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 78-22 on September 14, 2022 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.

And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 10, 2022.

Public Open House: Mill Street Altamira Road Drainage Investigation

The City has conducted a drainage investigation of the current stormwater conditions along Mill Street and Altamira Road and the affected residential properties. The study area boundary is shown in the map. This investigation was prepared because of significant flooding on some residential properties resulting from a major storm that took place in August 2020. Alternative solutions were explored to address these flooding concerns and a preferred solution has been identified.
