Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 43-23 on April 26, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.

Notice of Field Work - Mill Pond Park Stormwater EA

Please be advised that field work will be taking place in the area known as Polish Park in Upper Mill Pond Park. This work includes the drilling of boreholes to support geotechnical investigations and is being undertaken by the City’s consultant TY-Lin (formerly TMIG) as part of the Mill Pond Park Stormwater Environmental Assessment.
This field work is scheduled to begin on Friday, April 28, 2023 and expected to take approximately one week to complete.
