RICHMOND HILL – Applications are now open for Richmond Hill’s 2023 Community and Cultural Grants. The grant program supports local community and cultural organizations as well as individual artists whose initiatives enhance the quality of life and cultural vibrancy of Richmond Hill residents.

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 14-23 on February 22, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.

We’re Celebrating RH150 with Three Community Mural Projects!
RICHMOND HILL – To help commemorate Richmond Hill’s 150th anniversary, the City is commissioning three community mural projects to capture Richmond Hill’s past, present and future.

City of Richmond Hill Rescinding Vaccination Policy

In alignment with recent announcements made by other public sector organizations including York Region, Richmond Hill will rescind its COVID-19 Vaccination Policy effective Wednesday, March 1, 2023. As of that date, mandatory vaccination will no longer be required for staff, volunteers and contractors.

RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill Council will reinstate Committee of the Whole meetings, beginning on March 1. Committee of the Whole meetings are discussion-oriented to facilitate Council’s decision-making process and the Committee forwards recommendations to Council meetings for final decision.
