Flags at Richmond Hill’s facilities are lowered to half-mast on Thursday, November 11 for Remembrance Day, in honour of those who sacrificed for our community and our country.

Remembrance Day is about honouring members of the Canadian armed forces, past and present, and showing our gratitude for their sacrifice to preserve our rights and freedoms.

Notice of Road Closure: Harris Avenue

Please be advised that Harris Avenue (east of Grange/Settlement to Yonge St.) is scheduled to remain closed until December 1, 2021, weather permitting, in order to complete the ongoing construction work. A road closure extension is necessary to bring the road to a safe condition.
All efforts will be made to minimize the inconveniences to the neighbourhood during this time. All emergency services, parking enforcement, schools, and transit services will be notified of this closure.
