RICHMOND HILL – The City of Richmond Hill is implementing a gradual and phased reopening plan offering residents more to do while helping protect the community and staff from the risk of COVID-19.

At the February 24 Council meeting Council members were saddened to hear Mayor Dave Barrow would be taking medical leave.
