Free barbecue, live music and more fun events for residents 55+
RICHMOND HILL – June is Seniors Month and the City of Richmond Hill is celebrating the many contributions seniors make to our community with a lineup of special events and activities.
Residents aged 55+ are invited to join us throughout the month to connect with friends, enjoy live entertainment and take part in a variety of fun events across the city.

Notice of Construction: South Richvale Valleyland Sewer Protection

The City of Richmond Hill has retained the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to conduct the South Richvale Valleyland Sewer Protection project, located along Patterson Creek south of Carrville Road and east of Bathurst Road. Construction of erosion protection infrastructure is needed to protect a sanitary sewer pipe. The study area is shown on the included map.

The City of Richmond Hill has retained the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to conduct the Don Head East Valleyland Rehabilitation project, located along the Upper East Don River between Kersey Crescent and May Avenue. Construction of erosion protection infrastructure is needed to protect an on-line stormwater pond and sanitary sewer, as well as the adjacent valleyland trail. Notice of Passing of Zoning By-Law The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 32-26 on May 13, 2026 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (Tribunal) in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 10, 2026.
