Richmond Hill – Richmond Hill Mayor David West was elected Treasurer by the Ontario Big City Mayors’ Caucus (OBCM) at its meeting on Friday, February 7, 2025. Mayor West joins the OBCM Executive Committee immediately for a term ending in December 2026.
