| How many permits can I purchase per year? |
|
A maximum of 25 permits, each valid for 24 hours from 7 a.m. to 6:59 a.m. the following day, can be issued, per year, per address. Temporary permits can be purchased for single or multiple 24-hour periods at a time - and each 24-hour period counts as a single permit toward the 25 permit total. If you wish to apply for additional permits after you have exceeded 25, you must apply to the Commissioner of Planning and Regulatory Services. You will be asked for documentation indicating that your surrounding neighbours do not object to additional temporary permits being granted. |
| I have paid for my permit online, printed it and misplaced it. How do I obtain a replacement permit? |
|
You can obtain a replacement permit by going to the main page of this application. There is a section called "Reprint permit". Follow the easy steps. If you require any additional assistance, please contact our office at 905-771-8860. |
| I need to renew my permit can this be done online or do I have to come into the City Office? |

| I would like to purchase a 24-hour temporary permit before my guest arrives but I do not know their licence plate number. Can I still purchase a permit? |
