Bear Sighting Advisory

Please be advised there was a confirmed bear sighting in the early morning of June 30 in the area of Major Mackenzie Drive and Harding Boulevard. Richmond Hill’s animal services provider, Vaughan Animal Services, is actively looking for the bear.
If you see a bear, residents are advised to:
- Stay away. Do not engage. Do not feed
- Call 911 to report the location to police
- Contact Vaughan Animal Services at 905-832-2281 or animal.services@vaughan.ca

Free mapping tool makes it easier to plan ahead and navigate trails
RICHMOND HILL – The City, Richmond Hill Mobility Accessibility Foundation (RH Mobility) and AccessNow have teamed up to make recreational trails more accessible and promote safe, inclusive adventures in Richmond Hill.
