Notice of Construction: Rothbury Stormwater Management Facility

The City of Richmond Hill will be conducting major maintenance works at the Rothbury stormwater management facility located on Rothbury Road just south of Laredo Drive. The construction area is outlined in red on the map.
The works are being conducted to remove accumulated sediment and correct component deficiencies. The stormwater facility works will help mitigate flooding, erosion, improve water quality and will increase the protection of the natural environment.

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 3-24 on February 28, 2024 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
