Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 124-23 on December 13, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than January 29, 2024.

It is with great sadness that Mayor and Members of Council have learned of the passing of Ed Sackfield.
Ed's dedication and commitment to community involvement had a great impact on the development of sports and particularly minor hockey in Richmond Hill. He served as a Board Member of the Richmond Hill Arena Association and Administrator of the City’s arenas from 1971 until his retirement in 1990. Ed Sackfield Arena was named in his honour.

The City of Richmond Hill has completed an environmental assessment to determine the best options to rehabilitate stormwater infrastructure in Mill Pond Park and adjacent City lands that are located along the Upper East Don River from north of Kerrybrook Drive to Regent Street. Notice of Passing of Zoning By-Law by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 122-23 on December 13, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2024.
Notice of Study Completion: Schomberg Road Culverts Environmental Assessment Addendum

The City of Richmond Hill has completed a study to determine the best way to rehabilitate the culverts under Schomberg Road and improve river and wetland conditions in the area.
The study area is shown in the map, where the culverts provide a crossing for the East Humber River under Schomberg Road. The preferred solution includes the following:
