Update: Effective June 12, 2023, the City-wide burn ban has been lifted.
RICHMOND HILL – Due to the special air quality statement issued by Environment Canada and unseasonably warm and dry conditions, a city-wide burn ban has been issued by Richmond Hill Fire and Emergency Services (RHFES).

RICHMOND HILL – The City wants to show its love and appreciation for attractive, well-maintained front gardens that help beautify Richmond Hill and residents are invited to nominate their favourites for recognition!
Until July 7, residents can nominate their family, friends, neighbours or even their own front garden by filling out the online form at RichmondHill.ca/RHBlooms.
