TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill adopted Amendment No. 36 to the Richmond Hill Official Plan on the 6th day of July, 2022 through the enactment of By-law 97-22 and in accordance with Sections 17 and 21 of the Planning Act, as amended.

Update as of 3:23 p.m.:
Springhead Gardens is now partially open, 2 way traffic is being maintained and the road is once again passable. The work is anticipated to be completed later this evening.
