Provincial funding will improve water systems along Patterson Creek
Richmond Hill – The City of Richmond Hill is receiving $1,095,000 in funding from the Government of Ontario to support the South Richvale Valleyland Sewer Protection Project. The funding will be used to protect and improve important water systems in the South Richvale Valleyland, along Patterson Creek, south of Carrville Road and east of Bathurst Street.

Notice of Temporary Closure: Doncrest Valley Trail

Please be advised that a section of the Doncrest Valley Trail has experienced washout damage from the recent storm. As a result, the southern portion of the trail, from the Castleridge Drive entrance south to Highway 7, has been temporarily closed for public safety. The northern section of the trail remains open and accessible.
We kindly ask that all users respect the closure and avoid entering the affected area until repairs have been completed.
