Proclamations
Proclamations are issued by Council to reorganize public awareness campaigns, charitable fundraising campaigns and arts and cultural celebrations of significance to Richmond Hill. A proclamation may recognize a particular day, week or month.

Richmond Hill's Council is made up of a number of committees and task forces that help keep our community meet goals and prepare for the future. These groups also provide residents with information and services.
