Payment Options

There are several ways to pay City-related bills besides mailing a payment. 

Property Taxes

1. Online banking: Pay through internet banking
2. At the bank: Pay at most banks or through an ATM 
3. In person: Visit the cashier's counter at Access Richmond Hill 
4. Drop-off box: Use the 24-hour drop-off box at our Municipal Offices at 225 East Beaver Creek Road 
5. Credit card: Visit the online credit card payment portal

Water Bills

1. Online banking: Pay through internet banking
2. At the bank: Pay at most banks or through an ATM

Parking and/or By-law Tickets

You can pay your Parking or By-law Penalty Ticket/Notice in-person, at the drop-off box or online.

1. In-Person: Pay at one of our cashier counters:
   • Access Richmond Hill in our Municipal Offices at 225 East Beaver Creek Road 
   • Richmond Hill Operations Centre at 1200 Elgin Mills Road East
2. Drop-off box: Use the 24-hour drop-off box at our Operations Centre at 1200 Elgin Mills Road East 
3. Online: You can pay online through our Parking and By-law portal using a Visa or Mastercard
