Increased CIP Funding Available for Richmond Hill Downtown Properties
For a Limited Time: Increased CIP Funding Available for Richmond Hill Downtown Properties
On July 9, 2018, Council approved additional CIP funding (see staff report SRCAO.18.15) resulting from the Ontario Main Street Revitalization Initiative for properties located within the Downtown (see the table below for eligible locations). The Initiative is intended to support and benefit small businesses by further incentivizing community improvements in the Downtown. Please see the table below for details on the increased grant amounts for applicable CIP programs.
Before you apply, please note that the increased grant amounts will be available for a limited time. Eligible projects must be completed by March 31, 2020 to receive the increased grant amounts. After March 31, 2020, the grant programs will revert back to the regular CIP grant maximums.
