Make the Holidays Brighter – Join Richmond Hill's Holiday Donation Drive
Drop off donations Dec 1-15 and help bring joy to families in need
RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill’s Holiday Donation Drive is back and we need your help to spread warmth and joy to those in need in our community. From December 1-15, you can make a real difference by dropping off non-perishable food items, new toys and gift cards to Richmond Hill Fire Stations and select recreation facilities. Every contribution helps families and individuals celebrate the holidays with hope and happiness.

When making a donation, please ensure items are within the best before period, have not expired and have not been opened.
Food donations go directly to the Richmond Hill Food Bank, a local non-profit organization assisting those in need in our community. The Salvation Army, Yellow Brick House, and York Hills Centre for Children, Youth and Families receive all toys, toiletries, clothing and other non-food items collected.
Every year, food banks across the country are setting new records. This year, they recorded nearly 2.2 million visits in a single month. That’s double the monthly usage recorded just six years ago. Working together, we can make a difference for those in need in our community. For more information, including a full donation guide and drop-off locations, visit RichmondHill.ca/DonationDrive.
