RICHMOND HILL, ON - Richmond Hill Mayor and Council announced that Mary-Anne Dempster has advised that her last day as City Manager for Richmond Hill was January 28, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. The City was notified that Ms. Dempster has accepted the position of Clarington’s new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) effective on Monday, January 31.

We thank her for her service and wish her well in her future endeavours.

Darlene Joslin, the City’s Commissioner of Community Services has been appointed as Interim City Manager.

A recruitment process has been initiated by Council to recruit a permanent City Manager.
